Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information StockMeta AI at pngbay.com ("we", "us") collects, why, and what we do with it. Questions: support@pngbay.com.

What we collect

• Google account basics. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We do not get your Google password and we do not ask for access to Gmail, Drive or any other Google data.
• Images you process. To write metadata, your browser makes a smaller copy of each image (about 1024 px; for videos, one frame) and sends it to our server. Your original full-size files stay on your computer. Embedding metadata into JPG/PNG files also happens in your browser.
• Usage and credits. We keep a record of credits added and used (date, tool, file name) so you can see your balance and history.
• Payments. When you pay by bKash or Nagad you give us the sending mobile number and the Transaction ID. We use them only to confirm your payment. We never see or store your PIN.
• Technical data. Our server keeps short-lived logs (such as IP address and errors) to keep the service secure and working.

How images are processed

The smaller image copy is sent to the Google Gemini API, which generates the title, description, keywords and categories. Google processes it under the Gemini API terms. We do not store your images on our server after the result is returned, and we do not use them to train any model.

Cookies

We use one essential sign-in cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we share data with

• Google: sign-in and the Gemini API (image analysis).
• Hostinger: our server and database are hosted on a Hostinger VPS.
• Cloudflare: provides DNS for pngbay.com.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep data

We keep your account, credit history and payment records while your account exists. Payment records may be kept longer when needed for accounting or disputes. Server logs are deleted automatically after a short time.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your account and data by emailing support@pngbay.com from the email you sign in with. Deleting your account removes any unused credits. You can also remove our access from your Google Account settings at any time.

Children

The service is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Important changes will be shown on the site.
