Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use StockMeta AI at pngbay.com (the "service"). By signing in you agree to them. Contact: support@pngbay.com.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens under it. One person should not create several accounts to collect extra free credits. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Credits

• Each tool use costs credits, shown before you run it. Metadata for one file costs 1 credit unless shown otherwise.
• New accounts receive 20 welcome credits once at signup. Credits do not refill daily.
• Purchased credits from credit packs do not expire while the service runs.
• A monthly plan gives its credit bundle at purchase. It includes no recurring free credits and does not renew automatically.
• If an AI request fails, the credit is returned automatically.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Payments and refunds

• Payments are made by bKash or Nagad "Send Money". Credits are added after we confirm the transaction.
• Submitting a wrong or someone else's Transaction ID will be rejected and may lead to suspension.
• If you paid but credits were not added, or you paid the wrong amount, email us with your TrxID and we will fix it or refund the payment.
• Credits already used are not refundable. Unused purchased credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase on request.

Your content

You keep all rights to the images and videos you upload. You must have the right to use them. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service. Do not upload illegal content or content you have no right to use.

AI results

Titles, keywords and categories are written by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Please check them before you submit to any stock site. Each stock agency has its own rules, and accepting or rejecting your files is their decision. We are not responsible for rejections, lost sales or account actions by stock agencies.

Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, bypass credit limits, or use automated scripts against it without our permission.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change features, prices or these terms. Price changes do not affect credits you already bought. If we close the service, we will give notice and refund unused purchased credits.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
